Customer Investment Profile Overview
Update Investment Profile
  • We understand that your investment objectives and investment risk appetite are important factors affecting the decision on which investment products to choose. We have designed the Customer Investment Profile assessment to help you choose financial products that are right for you.

    • Click into "Customer Investment Profile" in left hand menu. You need visit our branch to complete your initial customer investment profile review first to enter to this page.

      Getting Started

    • View your latest customer investment profile list and creation date. The risk profile with status of "Active" is your current valid investment profile.
    • Click "View" to check your investment profile detail in new window.

    • Click "Print" to print or save your investment profile, or click "Close" to close the new window.

    • Click "Fill New Questionnaire" to update the risk profile questionnaire according to your current situation to assess your risk profile again.

    • The questionnaire if applicable for non-US residents. You will be prohibited of the questionnaire if you tick "Yes" as U.S. Citizen/U.S. Permanent Resident Card (Green Card) Holder/U.S. Resident.

    • If you are not U.S. Citizen/ U.S. Permanent Resident Card (Green Card) Holder/U.S. Resident, fill in the questionnaires and click "Confirm".

    • You can view your updated risk profile. Click "Confirm" to accept the risk profile, or decrease your risk profile by moving the arrow to the left and click "Confirm".

    • Your latest investment profile is updated in the customer investment profile overview page.
