    • Click "View eStatement", and click "View PDF" to view the current eStatement, or click "View" to view previous eStatements

    • Click "View PDF" to view previous eStatement and it will display latest 5 cycle's eStatement in each page. Click 'Next' to view earlier eStatements

    • Click "Open" to view eStatement in PDF

  • Subscription
    • Click "eStatements" in left menu and click "Subscriptions" to view your statement option, and click "Change Subscription" to change the option.

      1. Online and Email Alert is the newly introduced email alert service launched on 15 Sep 2013. You will receive e-mail notifications to remind you to view e-Statement online when your e-Statement is ready.

    • Existing eStatement customers can change subscription in online banking with below steps:

      1. Login to Standard Chartered online and click "eStatements" in left menu, click "Change Subscription" to change the option.

      2. Select "View eStatement Online, get notified via email alerts", tick "I accept the Terms and Conditions above." and click 'Next' to confirm.

      3. You have successfully updated the information.

    The Chinese version shall in any event prevail if there is any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions.

  • eStatement Settings
    • Click "eStatements" in left menu and click "eStatement Settings". Click "click here" to apply for eStatements.

    • If you have subscribed eStatements, click "Update" to change Email Address or eStatement Password.

    • Select or enter the details to be changed and click "Next".

    • Click "Confirm" to accept the changes.
