  • Standard Chartered takes you INSIDE ANFIELD through virtual reality

    Standard Chartered and Liverpool Football Club are celebrating the start of a new 2016/17 Premier League Season, as the Bank enters its 7th season as the main club sponsor.

    Recognizing that the vast majority of Liverpool FC fans will never be able to visit Anfield Stadium, Standard Chartered has developed a first-to-market 360 degree Virtual Reality (VR) film, 'Inside Anfield', that uses the VR technology to transport viewers to Anfield with a behind-the-scenes tour.

    Viewers from all over the world will now be able to hear from past players talk about their pride in playing at Anfield, listen to team manager Jürgen Klopp's pre-match team talk, and witness the players step out onto the Anfield turf touching the iconic “This Is Anfield” sign along the way.

    Standard Chartered has also captured in stunning 360° vision of the iconic tunnel and locker room which has seen changes since the development of the new main stand. This piece of history is available on demand for fans anywhere in the world to experience in virtual reality.
