      Terms and Conditions – Hotels.com

      1. The Hotels.com Promotion (“Promotion”) is available to holders of principal and supplementary credit cards or debit cards issued by Standard Chartered Bank (Singapore) Limited (the “Bank”) which must be validly existing (i.e., must not be suspended, cancelled or terminated) in good standing, and conducted in a proper and satisfactory manner at all times (“Eligible Cards”) (“Eligible Cardholders”).
      2. Eligible Cardholders are eligible for the following discounts:
        1. Eligible Cardholders who use their Eligible Cards to spend a minimum of S$350 (exclusive of taxes, administrative fees or other miscellaneous charges) in local currency per booking for his/her entire stay are eligible for 10% off the price of booking of participating hotels on www.hotels.com/scb (“Selected Website”). To qualify for this discount, Eligible Cardholders should visit the Selected Website and use the coupon code “SCBSG10”.
        2. Eligible Cardholders of Standard Chartered Visa Infinite Credit Cards or Priority Banking Visa Infinite Credit Cards issued by the Bank (and which meet the eligibility criteria set out in clause 1 above) (“Eligible VI Cards”) who use their Eligible VI Cards to spend a minimum of S$500 (exclusive of taxes, administrative fees or other miscellaneous charges) in local currency per booking for his/her entire stay, are eligible for 12% off the price of his/her booking at participating hotels on the Selected Website. To qualify for this discount, Eligible Cardholders should visit the Selected Website and use the coupon code “SCBSG12”. This promotional rate also applies to supplementary cardholders of Eligible VI Cards, if the said supplementary cards meet the eligibility criteria set out in clause 1 above.
      3. This Promotion is available until 31 December 2019. Bookings must be made by 31 December 2019 and are valid for stays till 31 March 2020. If an Eligible Cardholder makes a hotel booking with dates falling on or before 31 March 2020 and dates falling after 31 March 2020, the Promotion rates stated in clause 2 above will only apply to the fees charged for dates on or before 31 March 2020.
      4. By participating in the Promotion, Eligible Cardholders agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. In addition, additional restrictions, Hotels.com coupon and standard booking terms apply. Please refer to the Selected Website (i.e., www.hotels.com/scb) for further terms and conditions. The Selected Website also contains a step-by-step guide on the redemption process. Eligible Cardholders should refer to the Selected Website for more details.
      5. Participating hotels are subject to change at any time. Go to http://sg.hotels.com/page/hotel-exclusions-apac/?pos=HCOM_SG&locale=en_SG for a list of non-participating hotels.
      6. The Promotion is applicable to room charges only (excluding local taxes, service fees and additional charges).
      7. The Promotion only applies to one room per booking and in the case of booking of multiple rooms (i.e. two or more rooms in the same booking), the Promotion only applies to the price of the first room in the booking.
      8. To enjoy the Promotion, bookings must be made on the Selected Website and not on any other websites, any third party travel agent or intermediary. The Promotion will only apply to payments made at the time of booking on the Selected Website, and will not apply to any payments made at the hotel (whether before or after the stay).
      9. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, unless otherwise specified.
      10. Eligible Cardholders understand and accept that the Bank is not the supplier of the products/services supplied by the merchant(s) under or in connection with the Promotion (including Hotels.com). The Bank shall bear no liability relating to any aspect of the products/services, including without limitation, their quality, the supply, the descriptions of goods and/or services provided by the merchant, any false trade description, misrepresentation, mis-statement, omission, unauthorized representation, unfair trade practices, coupon redemption or conduct in connection with the promotion of the Promotion or in making available the Promotion or the products and/or services under the Promotion, by the merchant(s), the merchant’s employees, officers or agents.
      11. The Bank and/or Hotels.com reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions of the Promotion without prior notice. In case of dispute, the decision of the Bank and Hotels.com shall be final.
      12. By participating in the Promotion, the Eligible Cardholder consents to the use of his/her personal data for marketing purposes, including but not limited to the use of his/her telephone number to contact him/her about products and promotions offered by the Bank from time to time via telephone, SMS or multimedia messaging. Such consent will also prevail even if the Eligible Cardholder is registered or subsequently registers his/her contact information with the national Do Not Call Registry.
      13. Other than the Eligible Cardholder, Hotels.com and the Bank, no other person has any rights to enforce any of these terms and conditions, unless otherwise specified.
      14. These terms and conditions are to be read in conjunction with the Bank’s Customer Terms, Credit Card Terms and/or any other product terms that may be applicable in relation to this Promotion (collectively, “Other Terms”). In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and the Other Terms, these terms prevail only to the extent of such inconsistency.
      15. Terms and Conditions of Hotels.com, The Good Life® and all participating hotels apply. In the event of any inconsistency between the terms and conditions of Hotels.com, these terms and conditions and The Good Life®’s terms and conditions, the conflict shall be resolved in the following order of priority: (1) Terms and conditions of Hotels.com, (2) these terms and conditions and (3) The Good Life®’s terms and conditions.
