Credit Shield Insurance

Credit Shield Insurance (CSI) will provide financial security to you and your family in case of any unforeseen circumstances. This insurance cover is NOT compulsory with your Credit Card and you do not have to apply for it if you do not want to. Your decision whether or not to take this product will have no bearing on your Credit Card application processing.

Period of Coverage: Coverage will be valid as long as the premiums are paid on a monthly basis, subject to the terms and conditions.

Scope of Coverage: The CSI will provide insurance cover for situations where you are unable to pay the outstanding balance on your credit card in the event of:

  • Loss of life
  • Permanent Total Disability
  • Critical Illness
  • Involuntary Loss of Employment (for salaried cardholders only)
  • Temporary Total Disability (for self-employed cardholders only)

Premium: The premium will be 0.60% of the monthly outstanding balance on your Visa Infinite card, charged monthly. There will be no premium charged for a month where the outstanding balance on your card is zero. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions to find out more details.

How does 360° Rewards work?

Travel Rewards Terms and Conditions

  • Call us on 800 4949 within 60 days of booking to use your points for cashback on tickets purchased on your Infinite card and on travel bookings.
  • For Emirates, Etihad, Qatar and Virgin Atlantic, you must book on the airline website or ticketing office.
  • For tickets purchased at travel agents or travel websites, this will only be eligible for AED 500 for every 15,000 points redeemed.

Airport Lounge Terms and Conditions

  • Visit www.loungekey.com/visainfinitemena or download the “LoungeKey” mobile app to view list of participating lounges.
  • You can take one free guest. Additional guests will be charged $27 directly at the lounge.

Golf Terms and Conditions

  1. Only available for Visa Infinite primary card holders whose card account is in good standing and regularised (not in default or not cancelled for any reason). This program is not transferable.
  2. You must spend AED 10,000 on your card each month to enjoy this offer, otherwise a one-time fee of AED 500 will be charged. Golf privileges are subsidised by Standard Chartered Bank and not a direct offer from the golf club.
  3. If a Visa Infinite primary card holder plays with another Visa Infinite primary card holder in a flight, both card holders enjoy complimentary green fees.
  4. There is a minimum of 2 golfers per flight on weekdays and 3 golfers per flight on weekends (subject to pairing and individual club’s minimum golfer requirement per flight for booking).
  5. Card holders shall make golf enquiries and bookings through Global Concierge’s 24 hr Call Centre, (+971 4 366 2100) as golf clubs will not entertain direct enquiries.
  6. Card holders will not be granted access rights to the stipulated clubs without booking through Global Concierge’s call centre at +971 4 366 2100.
  7. You need to book 5 working days before you want to play on weekdays and 8 days for weekends. While our team is flexible, we advise you to book as early as possible to ensure you get the time of your choice otherwise alternatives will be given. Bookings are subject to availability.
  8. Global Concierge’s call centre will call the card holder within 2 business days upon receipt of a golf booking with the status.
  9. Golf bookings made before 12 noon (UAE time) will be processed on the same day, and after 12 noon will be processed on the next business day
  10. Booking status can only be confirmed one (1) week before requested date of play as golf clubs only release tee times one (1) week before date of play.
  11. If card holder has used the free allowance for the month (one round of golf) Global Concierge’s call centre will request card holder confirmation of booking and approval to charge the golfing fees onto his/her credit card.
  12. Global Concierge reserves the right to withhold services to golfers who do not abide by the terms and conditions of play.
  13. Acceptance of all bookings/changes to tee times will be at the discretion of the golf clubs and subject to availability.
  14. Bookings cannot be made more than one month in advance from the date of play and card holders cannot place the next booking until the current golf game has been played.
  15. A member of the participating golf clubs cannot make a booking directly at the golf club and transfer the confirmed tee-time over to the card holder.
  16. Global Concierge’s call centre will not process booking on behalf of a club member who is not a card holder. A club member will have to contact his/her golf club to be paired up with the card holder(s).
  17. Visa Infinite Primary card holders will have to pay for buggy, caddie, turfmate, locker fee and insurance at normal published rates & any other fees, where applicable, on their Visa Infinite credit card.
  18. Card holders’ guests have to pay for green fee, buggy, caddie, turfmate, locker fee and insurance at normal published rates & any other fees, where applicable, on their Visa Infinite credit card.
  19. There will be an administration fee of USD 15 for any changes made to the confirmed golf booking such as amendments to tee-times, change of date of play and change of golfer’s names on confirmed bookings. Changes can only be made based on availability.
  20. If card holder changes booking and requests Global Concierge’s call centre to check on another timing or different club or different golf day, this will be considered as a new golf booking request and may be charged.

Fitness First Terms and Conditions

  • You must spend AED 10,000 on your card each month to enjoy this exclusive offer, otherwise a one-time fee of AED 500 will be charged.
  • AED 1 will be charged to your card on each visit but credited back to you the following month.
  • Valid Photo ID will be required to gain access to Fitness First outlets.
  • Fitness First terms and conditions are applicable and available from Fitness First directly.
  • Visa Infinite card holders should provide details of any specific medical conditions that he/she feels that any ‘Coach/Trainer’ should be made aware of prior to using any Fitness First facility.
  • Fitness First, Leisure Unlimited LLC, Fitness Unlimited LLC, or any associated company or body including Landmark Group, cannot accept responsibility or liability for any injury, loss, fatality or damage caused to any person or property whatsoever while using the club facilities.
  • Visa Infinite card holders need to fill the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PARQ Form) at club reception to use the club (first time only).
  • Visa Infinite card holders shall be subject to the standard terms and conditions applicable to a Fitness First Platinum Plus Member or any such other terms and conditions to be agreed between Standard Chartered and the Supplier.
  • Standard Chartered Bank accepts no responsibility or liability for any matters (including but not limited to injury, loss, fatality or damage caused to any person or property) arising out of or in connection with the use of Fitness First facility by a Visa Infinite card holder.

VOX Cinemas Terms and Conditions

  1. A maximum of 6 tickets (3 free) per movie session (2D and 3D movie tickets) can be availed under this offer, on Standard Chartered credit cards.
  2. A fair usage policy applies - a maximum of 8 tickets (4 free) may be purchased per person per card each month.
  3. Ticket types available under this offer are 2D Standard, VIP, MAX, VIP (Mercato) and 3D Standard, VIP, MAX, VIP (Mercato).
