How is the variable interest rate calculated?

Variable interest rate is a type of pricing where the interest rate is revised at pre-determined intervals based on movement of a market benchmark till the end of the loan tenor. During disbursement, the Home Loan interest rate is linked to the average rate of 182-Day Government Treasury Bill. The Home Loan interest rate will be reviewed (i.e. decreased or increased) every 6-month from the date of disbursement, based on the movement of the average rate of 182-Day Treasury Bill.

Who can be a co-borrower for the home loan?

Co-borrowers for the home loan can only be from your family i.e. spouse, father, mother and son only.
