Standard Chartered Bank launches Al Massar Development Programme
Talented Bahrainis to be trained to be positioned regionally
Monday 14 May 2012, Manama - In line with Standard Chartered Bank's commitment to cultivate local talent in Bahrain, the Bank launched the Al Massar Development Programme. Al Massar, a leadership development initiative contributing to an ongoing local talents training programme for more than 200 employees. The inaugural training was held at the Regency Intercontinental hotel.
The training course, which is made up of four independent workshops, is designed to equip participants with necessary tools, skills, and knowledge to help participants to either perform their roles better or to assist in their career progression.
