Standard Chartered Enhances Product Knowledge by Conducting Training for Over 150 Staff

Standard Chartered Bank recently conducted a three day Consumer Banking product training for over 150 staff. During the training session, staff were trained and given refresher on the range of consumer products and services offered in the Bank. The interactive training session further strengthened staff knowledge and enhanced their ability to assist customers with their financial needs. The product training was conducted by the General Managers and their team of product experts.
Standard Chartered Consumer Banking offers an array of products suite of more than fifty products caters to meet our customer's financial needs. Consumer Banking products consists of Consumer Transaction Banking, Lending (which comprises of Credit Cards, Personal Loans and Mortgages) and Insurance.
