Terms and Conditions

  • The Campaign shall commence on 13 November 2022 and ends on 31 December 2022.
  • Only new Falconflyer Visa credit card clients will be eligible for the campaign.
  • To qualify for the raffle, a minimum spend of BHD 100 needs to be made on a new Falconflyer Visa credit card within 30 days of the card activation or before 31 January 2023, whichever is closer.
  • Clients are entitled for 2 additional raffle chances once they transfer their balance from other banks’ credit card to their new Falconflyer Visa credit card within 30 days of card activation or before 31 January 2023, whichever comes first. Minimum balance transfer amount: BD 100.
  • 50 winners will be chosen through raffle draw each winning an iPhone 14 128 GB.
  • Clients that have any existing Standard Chartered credit card or have cancelled their credit card in the last 3 months from the campaign launch date will not be eligible for the offer.
  • Standard Chartered staff are not eligible for the campaign.
  • The raffle draw will be held on 15 February 2023 at Standard Chartered Bank in Manama, in the presence of a Ministry of Industry and Commerce official, a bank-appointed external auditor and the bank’s internal auditor.
  • The prizes will be distributed to customers within 6 months from the raffle draw date. Unclaimed prizes after 6 months of the draw date will be transferred to the custody of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce.
  • Standard Chartered Bank reserves the right to vary, add or delete any of the terms and conditions applicable to this offer at any time with 15 days prior notice after the approval from MOIC.
  • This Campaign is subject to the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. The Courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain shall have jurisdiction to settle any disputes.
