- Copy of approved house plan with scaled measurements
- Sale & Purchase Agreement for purchase of property
- Lease Agreement for leasehold property
- Contractor agreement for construction of property
- Certificate of balance for takeover loan
- Rental agreement (if available)
- Any other relevant documents

- Company Registration – Form X, Certificate of Incorporation and Share Certificate
- Memorandum and Articles of Association
