  • Subsidy is 3% of the approved loan amount up to a maximum of BND10,000.
  • Home Loan must be for a minimum of 10 year tenor and amount of BND150,000 to be eligible for the subsidy.
  • The subsidy will be used for payment of fees including, but not limited to, legal documentation (not including Sales & Purchase Agreement), fire insurance and valuation reports as determined by the Bank.
  • Any unutilised subsidy amount up to the capped limit will be credited to customer’s account.

Refer a Friend2

  • You must be an existing Standard Chartered customer in order to make a referral.
  • A referral is successful if the loan is approved.
  • Loans referred must be a minimum of BND150,000 with tenor of 10 years and above.
