Earning your points

Every BND5 charged to your credit card will earn you 1 point. Points will expire by the 5th day of the expiry month. The month of expiry may be viewed in your credit card statements.

Checking your points balance

Keep track of your points by typing:
rewards <space> last 4 digits of your Credit Card number
and send your message to 875 5000.

Redeeming your points

You can redeem your points conveniently via any of the following:

  • eKiosk*
    Enjoy the convenience of printing out your reward vouchers instantly at all our branches.
  • Online Banking
    Redeem your dream reward any time, anywhere.
  • Client Care Centre
    Simply call 265 8000, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to have your request processed.

For redemption via Online Banking or Client Care Centre, the vouchers will be posted to your mailing address. This may take up to 10 days to reach you.
