1 Minimum loan amount of BND100,000 with tenure of 10 years and above is required to enjoy the promotional offers.

3 Maximum subsidy of BND15,000 applies with a minimum of 2.5% and up to 8% of the home loan amount for new home loan and balance transfer of existing home loan from another bank respectively. The subsidy may cover processing fee, first year fire insurance premium, legal documentation fee, first year full valuation report and Mortgage Reducing Term Assurance (MRTA). For balance transfer, subsidy may also cover penalty charges from another bank. For financing against commercial property without MRTA, subsidy shall be capped at BND6,000.

4 Subject to (a) Banking Facility Letter signed and returned to the Bank within 7 calendar days from the issuance date; (b) Approved facility amount must not be less than the required insured amount as stated in the Banking Facility Letter; (c) First loan payout must be made by 28 February 2012; (d) Offer is open to Class 1 Property only and the subsidised amount shall be based on 2 years premium of required insured amount in the Banking Facility Letter and shall cover insurance premiums payable in the second and third year after first loan payout; and (e) Insurance shall be arranged by the Bank through the appointed panel only.
