SMS Alerts is a FREE service whereby you will receive an SMS when you have successfully performed a transaction via one of our channels.

To subscribe, you may:- visit your nearest branch
- call our Phone Banking at 265 8000
- register via Online Banking
- How do I register online for SMS Alerts?
To register, you must be a registered user of our Online Banking service. Once you have logged on to Online Banking, select 'SMS Banking' from the left hand menu and click on 'Register for Alerts'.

Yes, so long as your mobile number is registered with the Bank.

No, you will only get alerted for certain types of transactions over the pre-set threshold limits as determined by the Bank.

SMS Alerts will be sent to your mobile upon the successful completion of your transactions, subject to network availability of mobile service provider.

If you have at least one Savings, Current, Fixed Deposit account or Credit Card account, you can subscribe for our SMS Alerts.

Yes, you can change the threshold limit of your Credit Card transactions via Online Banking but not for Banking transactions.

Yes, you can unsubscribe for the alerts that you do not require through any of our branches or by calling our Phone Banking at 265 8000.

You can terminate your subscription by:- calling 265 8000
- visiting any of our branches to fill up an Electronic Service Request form
- Can I suspend all alerts online?
Yes, you can do so by selecting Banking transactions or Credit Card transactions and then clicking on 'Suspend all alerts' or by visiting any of our branches.
Back to top - Can I re-activate the alerts after I have suspended them?
Yes, you will see the 'Activate' button on the screen. Simply click on it and your alerts will be re-activated.
