You will be asked to provide your personal details, including your educational background, the languages you speak and any work experience you have. You will also be asked to identify all countries you are legally eligible to work in.

After completing steps 1 and 2, you will be asked to take an assessment - this is designed to show how well you fit with the Standard Chartered culture.

If you are successful at the talent assessment, you will then be asked to complete a test designed to demonstrate your numerical reasoning ability. It's important that you complete the practice questions first, as you will only have one opportunity to take the test and practising can help improve your score significantly.

If you pass the online assessments, you will be asked to complete two open-ended questions that measure your skills and knowledge.

If you are shortlisted, you will be invited to an interview or assessment. We will confirm the format beforehand.
If you are able to demonstrate the skills, knowledge and talent we are looking for, you will be made a formal offer of employment.
