    • What are the on-boarding fee and maintenance fee of Straight2Bank for SME?

      The Bank currently waives on-boarding fee and monthly maintenance fee related to Straight2Bank for SME for all SME customers, and Vasco security tokens (up to 3 units) are offered for free, too.

    • What's the cut-off time for accepting payment instructions submitted via Straight2Bank in working days?

      Compared to OTC payments, Straight2Bank for SME offers a wider window for accepting payment instructions: all international transfer and domestic FCY transfer successfully authorized before 4pm, and Book Transfers, domestic RMB transfer and payroll payments successfully authorized before 4:30pm on Straight2Bank of SME are processed on the same day (the cut-off time for OTC payments is 3pm).

    • How secure is it to do payments on Straight2Bank of SME?

      Multiple security settings and authorization levels make transactions on Straight2Bank of SME more secure. You can set transaction value limit and user authorization matrix according to your specific needs.

    • Do I need to link my corporate finance system to the Bank's system in order to access Straight2Bank of SME?

      No, you can access Straight2Bank of SME on any PC connected to the internet and do inquiries and transactions anytime, anywhere.
