Structured Trade Finance & Financing Solutions

We offer tailor-made structured solutions for domestic and cross-border financing needs and business development. Our experts will tailor short- to medium-term structures according to the different payment risks incurred by each buyer during a sales transaction. In addition, we can help you better manage your inventory by reducing the cost of holding large quantities of raw materials or finished goods. We also provide purchasing and pre-export finance if you require advance payment under production contracts as well as medium to long term financing to support production expansion.

Project & Export Finance

The Project and Export Finance team in China provides long-term financing solutions to support large capital expenditures of our clients. This includes limited recourse financing on new projects in which the primary repayment source is derived from the future cash flows of the project, and refinancing of existing projects as well. The Project and Export Finance team also structures mid-to-long term export finance solutions which are backed by insurance cover from Sinosure and other Export Credit Agencies (ECAs), with the aim of supporting the large-scale export, import, overseas EPC, and foreign investment activity of Chinese companies.
