    1. Log in to Mobile Banking and click “Market Linked Series", choose “Product Application".

    2. Read through the introduction of Market Linked Series Product, understand the process and qualifications to apply for subscription of wealth management product through Mobile banking, click "Accept & Next".

Confirm your subscription qualifications, including but not limited to Tax Residence Information, Identification of the Account Holder, US Status, whether overseas individual customer, choosing your rank of Customer Investment Profile, read through, understand and accept relevant important documents of wealth management product online subscription and click "Accept & Next".

    Step 2: Read Product Details and Select Product
    1. Read sales documents and choose product, make declaration, and click "Accept & Next".

    Step 3: Read and Confirm "Know Your Investment Risk" and “Know Your Rights and Interests”
    1. Read through the investment risks and your rights and interests, make declaration and click "Accept & Next".

    Step 4: Enter Details
    1. Enter details of “Investment Amount” and choose “Settlement Account”, click "Accept & Next".

    Step 5: Confirm Details and Accept Customer Declaration & Confirmation
    1. Confirm application details, read through, understand and accept the "Customer Declaration & Confirmation" and click "Confirm".

    2. Input the 6-digit OTP, and click "Confirm and View".

    Step 6: Application is Submitted
    1. Your subscription application is submitted and you can view the application details.

    2. You can also click “Status Enquiry” under “Market Link Series” in the menu at the bottom side to view the application status for wealth management products.

    1. Your subscription application is submitted and you can print the application details.

    2. Click “Settings & Preferences” in the menu on the left hand side and click “Change Alert Settings” to setup Email/SMS Alert to get immediate understanding on the application status for wealth management products.

    3. You can also click “Applications Overview” under “Other Applications” in the menu on the left hand side to view the application status for wealth management products.

FAQs

    • Who can apply for this service?

      Any Standard Chartered Bank customer with a Savings Account can apply for Online Banking.

    • What do I need in order to use this service?

      You need to know your Debit Card number & Password to register Online Banking.

      In addition, you need a PC with internet access and a mobile phone for receiving the One Time Passcode (OTP) via SMS. The mobile number needs to be pre-registered with our Bank.

    • What is the advantage of using Debit Card number to register?

      Instant Use - Using Debit Card Number and Password to register for Online Banking means you can use Online Banking instantaneously after registration.
