  • Purchase wealth products online with simple 6 steps! Log in to Online Banking
    Step 1: Check Subscription Qualification
    1. Log in to Online Banking and click "Applications"


    2. Click "Applications Overview", choose "Market Linked Series"


    3. Read through the introduction of Market Linked Series Product, and accept the 《Application for Online Banking Wealth Management Business》, click "Confirm and Next"


    4. Finish the Subscription Qualification check, choose your rank of Customer Investment Profile, read through the statement and click "Accept & Next"


    Step 2: Read Product Details
    1. Choose "Product Details", read through the confirmation, and click "Accept & Next"


    Step 3: Read and Confirm "Risk Disclosure"
    1. Read through the "Risk Disclosure" and click "Accept & Next".


    Step 4: Enter Details
    1. Enter details of Investment Amount, and click "Accept and Next"


    Step 5: Confirm Details
    1. Read through the "Customer Declaration & Confirmation" and click "Confirm"


    2. Input the OTP, and click "Confirm & Print"


    Step 6: Submit and Print

    2. Click “Settings & Preferences” in the menu on the left hand side and click “Change Alert Settings” to setup Email/SMS Alert to get immediate understanding on the application status for wealth management products.


    3. You can also click “Applications Overview” under “Other Applications” in the menu on the left hand side to view the application status for wealth management products.



    • Who can apply for this service?

      Any Standard Chartered Bank customer with a Savings Account can apply for Online Banking.

    • What do I need in order to use this service?

      You need to know your Debit Card number & Password to register Online Banking.

      In addition, you need a PC with internet access and a mobile phone for receiving the One Time Passcode (OTP) via SMS. The mobile number needs to be pre-registered with our Bank.

    • What is the advantage of using Debit Card number to register?

      Instant Use - Using Debit Card Number and Password to register for Online Banking means you can use Online Banking instantaneously after registration.
