You can use your existing online banking username and password to log in. We've made sure, for simplicity and convenience, that you don't have to remember another set of username and password to use Standard Chartered Mobile.

"See" lists out those transactions that have already been posted to your accounts and forward-day transactions that you set up via Online Banking or Standard Chartered Mobile.
"Move" lists out the transfers and payments you have scheduled/ made via Online Banking or Standard Chartered Mobile and their status.

Your transaction may have been made after cutoff time or during non-working hours, therefore your transaction will only be updated in "See" on the following working day.
Balance in corresponding Standard Chartered deposit account(s) will be updated immediately.

Yes, they will.

You cannot remove payees through Standard Chartered Mobile. You can sign into your account through online baking and remove a payee there.

Standard Chartered Mobile works on native browsers of all Android and Blackberry phones. You will see an error page if you cannot access Standard Chartered Mobile from your device.

From 1 Jan 2014 until 31 Dec 2016 no Transaction fee will be charged for any domestic bank transfers.

1. Keep your username/password confidential at all times. Keep your mobile phone with you.
2. Never leave your session unattended and log off your online session after use.
3. Check your account balance and transaction history regularly.
4. Never store your passwords in your phone.
5. Notify SCB immediately on loss of mobile phone.
6. Please ensure that the mobile phone number is registered under your name; otherwise, the Bank may in accordance with relevant regulatory requirement suspend your e-banking service.
