Standard Chartered in Colombia
Standard Chartered opened its representative office in Bogota in 1995. As a representative office, we support clients in Latin America with access to offshore products and services across our network.
Our Corporate & Institutional banking strategy is focused on financial institutions, and select Latin American corporates with links to the Standard Chartered network. We support our client base through Trade Finance, Cash Management, Corporate Finance, DCM and other products that we offer offshore.

Johanna Blesgraeft
CEO and Head of Financial Institutions, Colombia
Johanna joined the Bank in 1999 when we had a local presence in the market to lead the Sales and Product Management Team at Standard Chartered. Throughout her +20 year of career, she has been mostly focused on sales, product development, channel management, middle office, relationship management and compliance projects. She transferred to NY for a couple of years, to then accept a temporary assignment in Japan. She has been with the Representative Office since 2014 in Bogota, Colombia, and is currently the CEO & FI Head for the franchise.
