Growing businesses in Indonesia
We're helping improve the distribution of lending to microfinance institutions (MFIs) across Indonesia, through our US$5.2 million credit financing deal with local bank Andara.
Supporting Indonesia’s economy
Indonesia’s microfinance sector is one of the largest in the world, with more than 56 million Indonesians self employed through small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs).
By enabling Bank Andara to reach out to local MFIs, we can support and promote the growth of these businesses to help more micro entrepreneurs access capital.
We're also supporting female entrepreneurs, with over 400 women micro entrepreneurs in Indonesia having received financial literacy training through our community programme since 2011.
Access to finance
We're committed to developing products and services that improve access to finance.
We support agencies who help people like Carolyne start and grown their business.
We believe that volunteering is good for communities, employees and our business.
