John Davies

Based in London, John is primarily responsible for Standard Chartered’s Global Research view on the US interest rate market. He also covers the euro-area and UK interest rate marks, and provides US dollar funding strategy insights to corporate clients. Prior to joining the Bank in 2013, John was the senior interest rate strategist at WestLB with sole responsibility for rates market and macroeconomic commentary on the London dealing floor. He holds a BSc in Econometrics and Mathematical Economics and an MSc in Operational Research from the London School of Economics.
