Meet the author

Having joined us in May 2012, Jukka is responsible for the strategic dialogue/advice and coverage for central banks and sovereign wealth funds. Prior to joining Standard Chartered, he was an advisor on reserve management and sovereign asset management related issues at the International Monetary Fund (IMF), manager of the risk unit at the Reserve Bank of New Zealand and a financial economist at the Bank of Finland. He has an MSc in Economics and Finance and an MSc in Statistics and Mathematics from the University of Tampere.
