Global Flagship FGLP

Regent Street in London

This is a week-long course held annually in London, and run in partnership with Oxford University’s Saïd Business School. It includes leadership training at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst (RMAS), the world’s leading military officer training unit responsible for training Royal Families over many generations.

In partnership with Oxford University, we run curated sessions on entrepreneurship and stewardship of family businesses, as well as on sustainable investing and philanthropy. Our global programme in 2019 was joined by thought leaders, diplomats, and leading global philanthropists, inlcuding Her Majesty’s Ambassador to France and more.

Alumni Programme

We are the only Private Bank to organise a Next Gen event for the sons and daughters of our ultra-high net worth clients at Davos. Through panel sessions and business networking events, participants get up close with the movers and shakers in politics, business and even Hollywood, and have had the opportunity to meet with Bill Gates, Bono, Ban Ki-moon, and more.

Key highlights of the 2019 Davos event included "Impact-driven entrepreneurship" with Dr. Ling Wong, creator of the world’s first inhaled TB vaccine, "Innovation and sustainability" with Microsoft and their first ever Chief Environment Officer, Lucas Joppa, to name but a few.
