Future Global Leaders' Programme (FGLP)
With vast family resources, comes a sense of stewardship. Our Future Global Leaders’ Programme (FGLP) is a platform inspired by global changemakers, where the next generation of ultra-high net worth families connect with peers from leading families from across the world, and together, lead entrepreneurial endeavours, discover their passions and consider how to build a sustainable future.
Global Flagship FGLP
This is a week-long course held annually in London, and run in partnership with Oxford University’s Saïd Business School. It includes leadership training at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst (RMAS), the world’s leading military officer training unit responsible for training Royal Families over many generations.
In partnership with Oxford University, we run curated sessions on entrepreneurship and stewardship of family businesses, as well as on sustainable investing and philanthropy.
Alumni Programme
Following their participation in this exclusive programme, many Next Gen go on to form a growing alumni network. Our alumni programme serves as a platform for the Next Gen to reconnect and strengthen relationships for the long term.
Our annual alumni programmes have been held on the sidelines of global meetings such as the World Economic Forum at Davos and more.
