RMB products denominated and settled in RMB deliverable outside the Mainland of China is different from that of RMB deliverable in the Mainland of China as RMB is currently not freely convertible.

The conversion of RMB through banks outside the Mainland of China is subject to certain restrictions in accordance with prevailing rules and regulations, which may change from time to time.
