Our team are equipped with technology to support them in their role. Private Banking team

Our network of private bankers support our high-net-worth clients to manage, grow and protect their wealth. Our team of advisors and specialists connect our customers with unparalleled opportunities across Asia, Africa, the Middle East and Europe. 

Priority Banking team

Our team provide holistic wealth management services. They help our clients to invest, protect their wealth and make cash transactions.  As a Priority Banking client, they're provided with a dedicated relationship manager and access to our 24-hour Priority Contact team. 

They use their local knowledge and global reach, to recommend personalised solutions, using an open-source approach to product and fundamental research, keeping ahead of industry-leading sources and debates.

They balance out cognitive biases, and provide insights that help our clients make better investment decisions.

They use innovative technology that provides time-saving, personalised investment solutions our clients can access anytime, anywhere. Our approach helps clients to navigate financial markets and make the most of their investments. 

With presence in exciting and fast growing countries across Asia, the Middle East and Africa, our teams get an opportunity to completely redefine the future of banking for millions. Technical Solutions

Manage vital business relationships and troubleshoot complex engineering problems in this hybrid tech and business role.

Client Care Executive

A client obsessed brand ambassador, who positively engages with clients to maintain a quick, accurate and world-class service and providing incremental value through sales.

Service Quality Analyst

A process and product expert who strives for efficiency, quality and accuracy, in assessing client interactions to ensure clients are provided with consistent world-class service.

Workforce Management Specialist

Assessing, analysing, forecasting and managing demand and productivity at an individual and centre level, to ensure optimal resource management and superior client service standards.

Insurance Specialists

Protect, preserve and accumulate customer wealth, by providing sound advice and insurance solutions. Help support the bank’s overarching bancassurance strategy and increase fee-based income.

Universal Banker

Provide a differentiated relationship management experience for our clients through the provision of outstanding banking services and support the branch to achieve its goals and objectives.

Client Service Manager

Day-to-day brand operations manager with in-depth knowledge of our products, processes and procedures. Providing outstanding client experience and personalised banking support.

Data Analyst

Support business, finance and risk partners, through gathering, cleaning and interpreting data sets, to provide meaningful and actionable insights that improve our performance and enhance the customer experience.

Data Scientist

Analyse, process, prepare and model data, to support risk management processes, client value propositions and business strategy outcomes, and interpret structured and unstructured data from multiple systems and 3rd parties.
