Karin Flinspach is Managing Director and Regional Head, Transaction Banking Europe and Americas, Standard Chartered, as well as Interim COO for Standard Chartered Bank AG. Based in Germany, Karin is responsible for the Bank’s Cash Management and Trade business in the region. In the last 29 years, she has held a variety of transaction banking and cash management product roles in developed and developing markets. She was also Global Head of Implementations and Business Account Management until two years ago.
Career
From her long tenure in Europe, Karin is a key authority on cash management, publishing numerous articles on Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA) and the industry’s process infrastructure in Europe. She is also serving as the Chair for Standard Chartered Yatırım Bankası Türk A.Ş.
