Raza joined Capital Structure Advisory (CSA) in September 2017 and has extensive experience in helping clients navigate key capital structure considerations including balance sheet optimisation, strategic financing priorities and sector based insights. Most recent coverage includes outlining financing implications of low carbon transition for many high impact sectors.
Prior to this, Raza worked at Santander where he played an integral role in managing the bank’s funding, liquidity and capital plan. Raza is an alumni of the London School of Economics and a qualified chartered accountant with the ICAEW.
