Volunteering time to share skills

We're spending time with children in Cambodia, teaching valuable skills they can use in the future.

We’re giving children at Angchanh Primary School in Cambodia lessons in English, maths and life skills, to help set them up for the future.

Staff from our office in Singapore visit the school frequently, to spend time with the children there, and provide help and support to the parents.

Volunteering time and skills

Staff across our markets are encouraged to support their local communities by volunteering both their time and skills.

This year the focus is on both increasing the amount of time our staff spend volunteering, as well as encouraging skills-based volunteering projects.

Increasing our impact

In 2012, staff donated 86,300 volunteering days in communities across our markets.

Our goals for 2013 are even more ambitious; we’re aiming to meet our employee volunteering target of 90,000 days, and continue to embed skills-based employee volunteering across our Group.
