    BREEZE BOAT PARTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    About the Breeze Boat Party ("Party") and the Party Entry Lucky Draw ("Lucky Draw") (collectively, "Promotion")

  1. This Promotion is organised and promoted by Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited ("Bank"). All participants to this Promotion shall be subject to these Terms and the Bank reserves the right to from time to time or at any time revise these Terms (including to terminate this Promotion) without prior notice. By participating in this Promotion, participants shall be deemed to have agreed to and accepted these Terms.
  2. Entry period for the Lucky Draw commences from 15 to 18 September 2011. Participants entering into the Lucky Draw shall be eighteen (18) years old or above, resident of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region ("HK) and any other criteria as decided by the Bank from time to time.
  3. All information, including personal data of the Promotion participants, will be used by the Bank strictly for purposes relating to the Promotion, including the disclosure and transfer thereof to the other person(s) relating to any arrangement of the Promotion.
  4. All information including personal data, images and sound clips of the participants may also be used to publicise the Promotion and/or the relevant mobile phone application of the Bank.
  5. All participants whose entry forms have been duly completed and submitted may have their names published on the official website and/or any official publication of the Promotion.
  6. Participants may be requested to and hereby agree to attend some publicity campaigns, e.g. promotion activities and media interviews etc as shall be arranged or advised by the Bank.
  7. If case of inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions, the English version will prevail. If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and any advertising, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with this Promotion, these Terms shall prevail.
  8. These Terms will be governed and construed according to the laws of HK.

    9. Lucky Draw Participants and Winners

  9. Participants of the Lucky Draw will receive a Free Coffee e-Voucher with a unique serial number via email on or before 31 October 2011 that may be redeemed at selected supplier’s outlets.The e-vouchers are available on a first-come-first served while stock lasts. The Bank reserves the right to terminate this offer or provide any alternative item as it sees fit.
  10. Usage of the e-Voucher is subject to the terms and conditions stipulated by the supplier. The Bank is not the supplier of the products and/or services provided under the e-Voucher and gives no guarantee to the quality of such goods and/or services and does not accept any responsibility or liability arising in conjunction with its use.
  11. All eligible entries for the Lucky Draw will be placed in a random draw on 19 September 2011 from which 40 winners will be selected from the pool.
  12. Winners under the Lucky Draw will be notified by email (through the email address supplied them for the Lucky Draw entry) on or before 20 September 2011. The Bank may also send the winners SMS message or any other notification reminding the winners of the Party. In the event the winner cannot be contacted through the contact details he/she supplied, the prize under the Lucky Draw will be forfeited, and the Bank is entitled to select another winner from all of the remaining Lucky Draw participants at its discretion.

    13. Party Participants

  13. The Party participant shall ensure and confirm that he/she is physically fit and capable of participating in the Party. All participants must assume responsibility for ensuring the safety of themselves at any part of the Party and any related activities.
  14. The Bank will not be responsible for any personal or other kinds of accident, injury, loss or damage which might occur during participation in or attendance at any part of the Party or any other related activities. The participants are participating the Party at his/her own risk and responsibility.
  15. Any participant who causes undue disturbance in the activity venue, and ignores a warning from the staff, may be disqualified and/or expelled from the venue.
  16. If, on the day of the Party, typhoon signal no. 3 or above is hoisted, or a red/black rainstorm warning is issued, or in any other event as the Bank at its discretion considers fit, the Party will be cancelled or postponed. Notification of any cancellation or postponed date of the Party will be made on the official website or sent to the participants through SMS message.
  17. The Party is from 8:30 pm to 10:30 pm and the party boat will set sail in two waves. Winners will be assigned beforehand to one of the two waves and cannot request to change the assigned waves:
