Notice of change of payment instruction submission channels

Dear Customers,

With effect from 1 May 2013 and until further notice, the following measures will be implemented for our personal account customer to enhance customer protection:

1. The Bank will only accept Outward Telegraphic Transfer and CHATS instructions submitted by personal account holders in person over the counter or via our Online Banking.

2. The Bank will no longer accept Outward Telegraphic Transfer and CHATS instruction of personal accounts submitted via other channels including email, mail, fax, phone and Drop-In box.
