Terms and Conditions of HKTVmall and HoKoBuy Promotion (the "Promotion"):
  1. The Promotion is valid from 22 September to 14 November 2017 (both dates inclusive) (the “Promotion Period”).

  2. The Promotion is applicable to HKTVmall website (www.hktvmall.com), HKTVmall Mobile Application, HoKoBuy website (www.hokobuy.com) and HoKoBuy Mobile Application (the "Merchant’s e-Stores") within the Promotion Period. HKTVmall and HoKoBuy are collectively referred to as the “Merchants”.

  3. To be eligible for the Promotion, cardholders with the following credit cards (“Cardholders”) issued by the Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the “Bank”), including Standard Chartered Visa Credit Card and it’s Co-branded Visa Credit Card, MAHANTTAN Visa Credit Card and it’s Co-branded Visa Credit Card (except Standard Chartered Business Card and Standard Chartered Corporate Card) ("Eligible Visa Cards") are required to make Eligible Transaction as defined in clause 4 below.

  4. Cardholders who make online purchase based on a single net transaction of HK$500 or above at any of the Merchant’s e-Stores, enter relevant Promotion Code into the coupon code field in the check-out section of the Merchant’s e-Stores and settle payment with Eligible Visa Cards (“Eligible Transaction”) can enjoy respective discount (“Discount”) and extra conditional coupon (“Conditional Coupon”) as follows (collectively, the “Offers”):

  5. If Cardholders fail to enter the Promotion Code at the time of purchase as specified in clause 4 above, the relevant purchase will not be eligible for the Offers. Offers may not be claimed after purchase is confirmed.

If Cardholders cancel any transaction which has been included in calculating the Eligible Transaction after the receipt of the Offers, the respective Merchant has the right to debit a monetary amount equivalent to the value of the Offers from the Eligible Visa Card account without further notice.

    c. Cardholders shall notify the Merchant if they do not receive the Conditional Coupon within 1 month from the date of the relevant Eligible Transaction. The Bank and the Merchant take no responsibility for any failure of notice.

  10. Unless otherwise specified, the Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotional offers and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

  11. To enjoy the Offers, the Cardholders are required to access and complete the Eligible Transaction successfully on Merchant’s e-Stores from 22 September 2017 (starting at 00:00) to 14 November 2017 (ending at 23:59) for online purchase.

  12. Cardholders are required to pay the remaining balance of the transaction after the discount entitlement is deducted from the total amount payable for the transaction.

  13. The Offers are not applicable to purchases of infant milk powder (stage 1), shipping fees and purchases of e-Gift Vouchers.

  14. The Promotion applies to single net transaction on one single electronic invoice. The Offers entitlement is determined by the transaction date of the Eligible Transaction.

  15. Other Terms & Conditions apply to the transactions and relevant operations of the Merchant’s e-Stores. Please contact respective Merchants for details.

  16. The Offers cannot be accumulated or saved for future use.

  17. Cardholders are required to keep the transaction record(s) of the Eligible Transaction for verification. Transaction record(s) including the transaction confirmation email from the designated website, etc. In case of disputes, Cardholders are required to submit the relevant transaction records for further investigation by the Bank. All relevant documents submitted to the Bank will not be returned.

  18. Cardholders understand and accept that the Bank is not the supplier of the products/services purchased from the Merchant. The Bank shall bear no liability relating to any aspect of the products/services, including without limitation, their quality, the supply, the descriptions of goods and/or services provided by the Merchant, any false trade description, misrepresentation, mis-statement, omission, unauthorized representation, unfair trade practices or conduct in connection with this Promotion of the offers or in making available the offers or the products and/or services under the Promotion, by the Merchant, its employees, officers or agents.

  19. The Bank and the Merchants reserve the right to alter, extend or terminate the offers and amend the terms and conditions at any time. All matters or disputes in connection with the promotion/ offers set out in these terms and conditions will be subject to the final decision of the Bank and the Merchants.

  20. If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
