Terms and Conditions of “Tasty Treat - Extra HK$100 CashBack on Dining Spending for Designated Cardholders Promotion” (the "Extra Offer"):

  1. The Extra Offer is valid from 1 to 31 January 2017 (both dates inclusive) (the "Extra Offer Period").
  2. Extra Offer is only applicable to designated Standard Chartered and designated MANHATTAN Cardholders (“Cardholders”) who receive invitation SMS issued by Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the “Bank”). The eligibility to participate in the Extra Offer cannot be transferred to others by the Cardholders.
  3. To be eligible for the Extra Offer, Cardholders are required to make Eligible Local Dining Transactions (as defined in Clause 5 below) with credit cards issued by the Bank, including Standard Chartered Credit Card and its Co-branded Card, MANHATTAN Credit Card and its Co-branded Card (except Standard Chartered Asia Miles MasterCard, Standard Chartered Business Card, Standard Chartered Corporate Card) ("Eligible Card").
  4. Cardholders are required to register their Eligible Card for the Extra Offer anytime from 1 January (starting at 00:00) to 31 January 2017 (ending at 23:59) via website at sc.com/hk/winter. Upon successful registration, Cardholders are entitled to participate for both the Extra Offer and “Up to 20% CashBack on Dining & Online Spending Promotion”. The Extra Offer is subject to and should be read together with the Terms & Conditions of the “Up to 20% CashBack on Dining & Online Spending Promotion”. For the Terms & Conditions of the “Up to 20% CashBack on Dining & Online Spending Promotion”, please refer to sc.com/hk/winter. The registered Eligible Card for must be the same for both the Extra Offer and the “Up to 20% CashBack on Dining & Online Spending Promotion”.
  5. Upon making Eligible Local Dining Transactions with the Eligible Card during the Extra Offer Period, Cardholder will be entitled to 100% extra CashBack for the accumulated Eligible Local Dining Transactions made. The maximum CashBack of the Extra Offer is HK$100.
  6. Eligible Local Dining Transactions mean transactions made at all local food and beverage outlets, hotel dining spots, drinking places, bars, lounges and discos in Hong Kong Dollars. They do NOT include transactions made with merchants with merchant codes not defined as restaurants/dining merchants/organizations (as defined by the Bank/Visa International/MasterCard Asia/Pacific (Hong Kong) Limited/American Express/UnionPay from time to time), overseas dining transactions, transactions made in private parties/functions, private room events, private kitchen, food and beverage outlets in food courts/supermarkets/department stores, transactions in associations/ club houses or individual merchants with merchant codes not defined by the acquiring banks as appropriate merchant codes of the relevant business or any unauthorized transactions.
  7. For the purpose of this Extra Offer, if there is any inconsistency or conflict between the Terms and Conditions of the Extra Offer and the Terms and Conditions of “Up to 20% CashBack on Dining & Online Spending Promotion”, these Terms and Conditions of the Extra Offer shall prevail.
  8. If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
