I have more than one credit card. Do I need to register each of them in order to enquire my total rewards points or CashBack earned via this rewards site?
No. You just need to use any one of your valid Standard Chartered Credit Cards (excluding supplementary cards) for registration. All points or CashBack accumulated via all your other eligible credit cards will be automatically consolidated to your online 360° Rewards account.
If I am not a Standard Chartered Bank customer, can I access this rewards site?
Yes, you can still access the rewards site and browse the catalogue, read information, etc. However, you will not be able to redeem points and CashBack unless you have a Standard Chartered credit card that has sufficient points or CashBack for redemption, as that would only be done after login.
How do I sign up for a Standard Chartered Bank credit card?
Apply for a card.
Do I need to register for this site to view the rewards catalogue?
No. You can browse the catalogue without registering or logging in. You only need to register and login in order to redeem your 360° Rewards Points / CashBack.

No, sorry that for security reasons, only one set of Username and Password would be kept with the bank. Please use the Online Banking login credentials to login both.
If I'm a registered user for Online Rewards Redemption site, and later registered for Online Banking, which set of Username and Password should I use for this reward site login?
You will need to use the Username and Password created by you most recently, please use the Online Banking Username and Password to access the rewards site.
Can I use the Username and Password that I have for 360° Rewards Redemption site to access Online Banking?
No. If you are not registered for Online Banking and / or had registered for this site before , you cannot use the same Username and Password to access Online Banking.

However, once you have registered for Online Banking, the newly created Username and Password will be applicable to the reward site as well.
What should I do if I'm not able to login even I have input the correct Password?

4. One-time Password
What is my Username and Password for login?
OTP is an enhanced security feature at 360° Rewards Platform. When engaging in online rewards redemption, an OTP will be sent to your mobile phone number via SMS. You must input the OTP in order to complete the applicable online rewards redemption. The Service is only applicable to the Principal Cardholder with a valid Hong Kong mobile phone number registered with the credit card system of the Bank
What are the benefits of OTP?
OTP provides an additional of protection by authenticating your online rewards redemption at 360° Rewards Platform.
Do I need to register my Standard Chartered Credit Card to enjoy this service?
Registration for the OTP is not required. However, the Service is only applicable to the Principal Cardholder with a valid Hong Kong mobile phone number registered with the credit card system of the Bank.
Can OTP be sent to any mobile phone number?
Only a local mobile phone number starts with 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 or 9 is applicable. Cardholders with mobile phone numbers starting with other digit are not able to complete online rewards redemption transactions. You may perform rewards redemption transactions via our Customer Service Hotline at 2886 4111 (Standard Chartered Credit Card) or 2881 0888 (MANHATTAN Card).
If I do not have a mobile phone number registered with the Bank, can I still perform online rewards redemption?
No, you cannot make online rewards redemption transaction via 360° Rewards Platform. To enjoy this service, please submit the Change of Customer Information Request Form to the Bank for updating your mobile phone number in the credit card system of the Bank.
How can I update my mobile phone number in the credit card system of the Bank?
You can update your mobile phone number by the following channels:
  • Download the Change of Customer Information Request Form and mail it back to the Bank
  • Visit any of our branch to submit the Change of Customer Information Request Form
  • Call our Customer Service Hotline at 2886 4111 (Standard Chartered Credit Card) or 2881 0888 (MANHATTAN Card) for the Change of Customer Request Form and mail back to the Bank.
Can my supplementary cardholder enjoy this service?
The service is only applicable to the Principal Cardholder with a valid Hong Kong mobile phone number registered with the credit card system of the Bank.
What should I do if I do not receive the OTP?
If you do not receive OTP within 30 seconds, you may click "Resend OTP". You should also verify if your mobile phone number registered with the credit card system of the Bank is updated and valid.
What happens if I key in a wrong OTP for many times?
The system will reject your online rewards redemption request, please try again to re-submit your rewards redemption request.
When does the OTP expire? What should I do if I am not able to confirm the transaction before the OTP expires?
The OTP will only valid for a certain period after issuance. You can click “Resend OTP” to request for another OTP.
Can I receive an OTP when I am overseas?
We will send the OTP according to your mobile phone number in our record. If you are overseas or using overseas mobile service providers, the service provider may not support international SMS. Please consult your service provider and / or hardware supplier for details.
5. Rewards Account Management
How can I view my 360° Rewards Points or CashBack's summary?
After login, click on Account Summary under 'My Account'.
Does the Point Summary table display the points and CashBack that I have across all my credit cards with the Bank?
The Account Summary under 'My Account' displays the points available for redemption across all participating credit cards in the program. The card numbers are indicated next to the points in the Points Summary table. Please note that there may be some credit cards which are not eligible for online redemption and are therefore not included in the displayed list.
How can I view the status of my previous orders?
You can view the status via the Order History under 'My Account'. By clicking on any order number, you will be able to view the specific order details.
How can I know the expiry date on my 360° Rewards Points and CashBack?
Your Points and CashBack expiry details can be found under the 'Points Expiry' and "CashBack Expiry" table via Account Summary under "My Account'.
Can I change the delivery address displayed in my account?
Yes. If you wish the order to be delivered to a different address, please update the delivery address accordingly at the time of placing the redemption request online. Any address provided by the Bank for delivery of redeemed Products or redemption letter will not be used to update the cardholder's address in the Bank's record.

How do I know how many points I have for redemption?
Points available for redemption in your reward account can be seen once you login using your Username and Password in the Account Summary section. After login, the Catalogue Tab on the top of the page also displays your total available points.

How are Points deducted from my account once I confirm an order?
The Bank will deduct Points based on expiry date, earlier-expired points will be deducted first. Therefore, you won't be requested to specify the cards from which the points would be deducted.

Is there any threshold for redemption of Air Miles and any Terms and Conditions of using the Air Miles?

7. Earning & Redeeming CashBack
How can I earn CashBack?
CashBack can only be earned as per product feature on relevant Standard Chartered CashBack Credit Cards under CashBack Scheme.
Redemption of CashBack is only applicable to qualified cards under Cash Back Programme ("Qualified Card") including:

Why is the CashBack not credited to the statement directly?
You can now accumulate CashBack and redeem it for Extra-Value Offers in the CashBack Catalogue or choose to redeem for cash.
What is the benefit of an Extra-Value Offers?
The Extra-Value Offers offer better value as compared to getting the CashBack credited to your statement.

For example if you have accumulated CashBack of $90, you may be able to redeem a shopping voucher worth $100.
What is Get Cash?
You can choose to redeem CashBack for cash by crediting the CashBack to your statement. The minimum threshold for CashBack redemption is HK$50 per account.
How do I redeem the CashBack that I have earned?

What is an eVoucher?
This is an electronic voucher delivered to your email. You can print the email and use it at the merchant's point of sale to make your redemption or purchase, or you may redeem online via merchant's website. The use of eVoucher will be subject to the terms stated therein. No need to wait for the physical voucher to be sent to you via post.
Can I redeem the eVoucher multiple times?
Each eVoucher has a unique code, so the voucher can be utilised only once.
What is a mCert?
A mCert is an electronic voucher delivered to your mobile via SMS. You can share the unique voucher code at the merchant's point of sale to make your redemption or purchase.
What if my eVoucher is accidently deleted or lost?
Upon confirmation that the gift has not been redeemed yet, we will be able to resend eVouchers to the recipient. What is covered under 'Specials'?
We continually seek to provide irresistible offers and promotions for you to get more out of your 360° Rewards points. Under Specials you will find 'Deals of the day', 'Limited Specials', 'Promo Packs' and 'Coming Soon'.
What is a 'Deals of the Day' item?
These are items at a specially discounted rewards price usually available for a limited time such as one day.
What is a 'Limited Specials' item?
These are items available in a limited quantity. These are usually items in high demand or those that are available at a specially discounted rewards price.
What is a 'Promo Pack'?
These are multiple items available in bundles in a single pack, usually at a better combined price than the individual items.
What is 'Coming Soon'?
These are items that will be added to catalogue soon. You can show your interest by adding the Rewards to your Wait List, and when the Reward item is available for redemption you can proceed with checkout. However, adding to your Wait List does not guarantee you the Rewards item, redemption of any Rewards is on a first come first serve basis while supplies last.
What is Points Plus Pay and how does it work?
Points Plus Pay allows you to choose the points and cash combination for redemption of the Rewards. If you have the specified minimum number of points required (as determined by the Bank from time to time), you can use an eligible Standard Chartered / MANHATTAN credit card to purchase the Rewards you want, using a mixture of points and cash.

You can use Points Plus Pay for most Rewards. However some Rewards are excluded including all Vouchers/ E-Vouchers/MCert with denomination, Air Miles conversion, Extra Value Offers and Get Cash etc.

You can choose to use Points Plus Pay when browsing Rewards, or when reviewing your Wishlist and in your shopping cart before proceeding with the checkout.

1. When browsing Rewards if Points Plus Pay is available, a slider will be displayed when you are on a product page. This will allow you to choose the mixture of cash and points for the redemption. Once OK, click 'Add to cart' or 'Add to cart and check out'. Your selection will then be displayed in your Shopping Cart.
2. When in your Shopping Cart, you can still choose the points and cash combination before checkout.
Why is Points Plus Pay not always available?
Some Rewards are available for points only and may not be available using Points Plus Pay. Points Plus Pay is generally not available for specific Rewards and all Vouchers/ E-Vouchers/ MCerts with denomination, Air Miles conversion, Extra Value Offers and Get Cash etc.
I would like to redeem a Reward using Points Plus Pay. What are my options for payment?
We only accept Standard Chartered / MANHATTAN credit cards for payment of all orders. Cheques or cash payments are not accepted. You will be prompted to select the eligible Standard Chartered / MANHATTAN credit card before you check out.
Can I use a Standard Chartered debit card to make the payment?
No, only your Standard Chartered Credit Cards can be used to make the 'Points Plus Pay' payment.
What is a "Wishlist"?
You can add Rewards of interest in your Wishlist even if you do not have the required points to redeem the item. When you have achieved the required amount of points, a notification will appear on your home page the next time you log in indicating that your Wishlist reward is now ready to be redeemed.
What is a "Wait List"?
You can add 'Coming Soon' rewards to your Wait List. Once the item is available on the catalogue, a notification will appear on your home page the next time you log in indicating that your Wait List reward is now ready to be redeemed. The "Add to Cart" button will appear once an item is available for redemption.
What are Popular Rewards?

Is the flight, hotel redemption site maintained by Standard Chartered Bank?
No, it's maintained by our Partner - Asiatravel.com Holdings Limited.

When cardholders access the Travel Site through the Bank's website or online redemption platform, cardholder's name and accumulated points will be transmitted to the Travel Site through a one-way and one-time encrypted message. If a cardholder does not consent to the details being transmitted to Travel Site, cardholder should not access the Travel Site. The operator of the Travel Site will not be able to access Bank's website (secured or otherwise) to gather any more information, other than the information that was passed through.
Can I call the Standard Chartered customer services hotlines to redeem my points for flight booking?
No, you can only redeem online through the third party partner site.
Can I call the Asiatravel helpline to redeem my points for flight booking?
No, you can only redeem online through the third party partner site.
How do I amend or cancel my travel bookings?
