Register your Standard Chartered Online Banking Username or Password
You may register your ‘Username’ and ‘Password’ at our website using your Phone Banking Card Number and Tele-electronic Banking Identification Number (TIN) or ATM Card Number and Personal Identification Number (PIN) .
If you are a principal cardholder of Standard Chartered Credit Card or Manhattan Card, you may choose to register for “Credit Card eStatement”**. After registration of “Username” and “Password”, you can login to “Credit Card eStatement” or “Standard Chartered Online Banking”, to see your credit card details such as transaction history, payment due date, amount and 360° Reward Points, subscribe for/view your credit card eStatements and set up SMS alerts.
You must receive a One-time Password via your mobile phone number in the Bank’s record* and complete 2-Factor Authentication to complete registration.
Do not have a Phone Banking/ATM Card/TIN/ATM PIN
Please visit any of our branches to apply for the services. If you are an existing Phone Banking use, you may request for TIN re-issuance via our Customer Service Hotlines. The new TIN will be mailed to your correspondence address in our records after successful application.
Do not have a valid mobile phone number with the Bank
Please download the ‘Change of Customer Information Update Request Form‘ and mail the completed form to us at PO Box No. 68383, Kowloon East Post Office or drop it at any of our branches for processing or call our Customer Service Hotline for assistance. Upon receipt and confirmation, your request will be processed within 3-7 working days. If you choose to receive OTP via your overseas mobile phone number, you can simply login to Online Banking and update your other personal details by following the path “Online Banking Home (Personal Details) > Contact details (Edit)” You then can select your preference as overseas mobile number on receiving SMS OTP for Online Banking login.
