General Terms and Conditions for the Harbour City Promotion (the "Promotion")
  1. Unless otherwise specified, the Promotion is valid from 1 July to 30 November 2015 (both dates inclusive) ("Promotion Period").
  2. To be eligible for the offer(s) under the Promotion, cardholders of the following credit cards ("Cardholders") issued by Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the "Bank"), Standard Chartered Credit Card and its Co-branded Card, Standard Chartered UnionPay Dual Currency Platinum Credit Card, Standard Chartered WorldMiles Card (formerly known as Standard Chartered American Express® Card), Standard Chartered Business Card, MANHATTAN Credit Card and its Co-branded Card (except Standard Chartered Corporate Card) ("Eligible Cards") are required to settle payment with the Eligible Cards within the Promotion Period at Harbour City.
  3. Unless otherwise specified, Cardholders are required to settle payment with Eligible Cards for spending made with designated merchants at Harbour City ("Eligible Transactions"). For the details of the designated merchants, please refer to official shopping guide of Harbour City. The relevant transactions which are not eligible for the Promotion as defined in Clause 4 of below. All Eligible Transactions must be posted on or before 14 December 2015 based on the transaction date as shown on the credit card monthly statement.
  4. Eligible Transaction does NOT include split transaction, prepayment, deposit, cash advance, purchase or order made via mail, fax, phone or internet, purchase of any cash coupon, gift voucher, prepaid, add-value service, insurance, utilities payment, membership payments, any payment service, any unposted/cancelled/refunded/unauthorized transactions and transaction without original credit card sales slips or printed merchant receipts.
  5. This Promotion includes "Up to 10% Rebate" , "Sky-Land-Sea Lucky Draw", "Extra 1 Hour Free Parking Offer" , " 5 Hours Parking Offer" and "Designated Car Show(s) Offer".
  6. To enjoy the offers of "Up to 10% Rebate" , "Sky-Land-Sea Lucky Draw", " Extra 1 Hour Free Parking Offer" , " 5 Hours Parking Offer" and "Designated Car Show(s) Offer" , Cardholders are required to register at Standard Chartered Credit Card Gift Redemption Concierge in person within 7 days from the transaction date, in any event (unless otherwise specified, on or before 10pm on 30 November 2015) by keeping and presenting the original credit card sales slips, printed merchant receipts made at Harbour City for verification in person for redemption. Cardholders will also be required to provide full credit card numbers, transaction amounts, transaction dates and approval codes for registration. The original credit card sales slip should indicate clearly the Eligible Cards card numbers, merchant names, transaction dates, transaction amounts, valid authorisation codes and signatures of Cardholders (if applicable). Printed merchant receipts should state the merchant names, transaction dates, transaction amounts and sales items clearly. The transaction amounts in both credit card sales slips and printed merchant receipts must be the same. If Cardholders present insufficient information, Cardholders will not be entitled to enjoy any offer for whatever reason. Standard Chartered Credit Card Gift Redemption Concierge is located on Level 2, Ocean Centre, Harbour City (Monday to Friday, 1pm to 10pm; Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday, 12noon to 10pm). Late redemption, handwritten, revised or copy sales slips and receipts will not be accepted. Each Eligible Transaction sales slip can only be used for redemption once.
  7. If Cardholders have cancelled and/or refund any related transaction which had been included in calculating for the Promotion after the receipt of the cash coupon(s) / the Gift, Cardholders are required to return the cash coupon(s) / the Gift to the Standard Chartered Credit Card Gift Redemption Concierge within 7 days from the refund/cancellation date, otherwise the Bank has the right to debit the equivalent value of the cash coupon(s) / the Gift as an administration fee from the applicable credit card account without further notice.
  8. All reward(s), discount(s), cash coupon(s), rebate(s), gift(s) or cash rebate(s) ("Offers") associated with the Promotion are not redeemable for cash, not exchangeable or transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers.
  9. Offers are available on a first-come-first-served basis and while stocks last. All cash coupon(s) are subject to additional terms and conditions stated on the cash coupon(s), and other terms and conditions of the respective supplier(s) of such cash coupon(s). Any change of the Offers will be subject to the availability at the time of patronage.
  10. The Bank reserves the right to alter, extend or cancel the Offers/Promotion without prior notice.
  11. The Bank shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of accepting or using any of the Offers.

  13. All Offers are subject to additional terms and conditions the designated merchants may have. Please contact the designated merchants for details.
  14. Cardholders understand and accept that the Bank is not the supplier of the products/services/Offers offered in this Promotion. The Bank shall have no liability relating to any aspect of the products/services/Offers, including without limitation, their quality, the supply, the descriptions of goods and/or services/Offers provided by the merchants, any trade description, representation, statement, practices or conduct in connection with the Promotion or in making available the products and/or services in relation to the Promotion, by the merchants, their employees, officers or agents.
  15. The Bank reserves the right to decide the eligibility of transaction. Any matter or dispute will be subject to the final decision of the Bank.
  16. The Bank will verify the transaction records to confirm Cardholders' eligibility under the Promotion. In case of discrepancy between the Bank's computer records and details recorded on the credit card sales slips, the Bank's computer record shall prevail.
  17. The Bank and respective merchants reserve the right to alter, extend or terminate all offers and amend the terms and conditions at any time. In case of disputes in connection with the Promotion, the decision of the Bank and respective merchants shall be final.
  18. In case there is any suspicious abuse or misuse, and/or refund and/or cancellation of any related transaction which had been included in calculating for the Promotion after the receipt of the Offer(s) but without returning the relevant Offer(s), the Bank reserves the absolute right to charge the equivalent value of the Offers from the relevant card account without prior notice, forfeit the Cardholder's eligibility to entitle to the Offers, and/or suspend the relevant credit card account for investigation without prior notice.
  19. Cardholders are required to keep the original credit card sales slips and printed merchant receipts made at Harbour City for inspection. In case of disputes, Cardholders are required to present the relevant original credit card sales slips and printed merchant receipts for further investigation by the Bank. All relevant documents submitted to the Bank will not be returned.
  20. The eligible Credit Card Account must be valid, non-delinquent and in good financial standing at the time the Offer(s) is awarded; otherwise the Bank reserves the right to cancel the Offers without prior notice.
  21. If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and the Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
    Terms and Conditions for "Up to 10% Rebate":
  1. Cardholders may be entitled to the Everyday Rebate (as defined in a, b and table 1 below) or Weekend Rebate (as defined in a, b and table 1 below) and get a chance to win a gift(s) (the"Gift") upon making Eligible Transaction(s) of certain single transaction amount(s) (at least HK$500 or above) and settle payment with any one of the Eligible Cards. The single transaction amount and the corresponding Everyday Rebate or Weekend Rebate are set out in the table 1 below.
    1. Everyday Rebate ("Everyday Rebate") is applicable to transaction(s) settled during Monday to Friday ; or

The CashBack earned will be shown on the "360° Rewards" online redemption platform on or before 31 January 2016 for the CashBack being rewarded from July to September ; 31 March 2015 for the CashBack being rewarded from October to November (the "Fulfilment Date"), and will not be automatically credited to Cardholders' accounts, but can be freely redeemed for cash or gifts under the online catalogue of the platform. The CashBack will be given in Hong Kong dollars and the minimum threshold for CashBack redemption is HK$50 per account. Redemption of CashBack is subject to relevant terms and conditions.   3. "Up to 10% Rebate" at Harbour City may be illustrated by this calculation example: If a Cardholder of the Eligible Card(s) is rewarded HK$50 CashBack and allotted HK$150 cash coupons by lucky draw upon spending HK$2,000 in a single Eligible Transaction on a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday within the Promotion Period; in aggregate HK$200 rebate, (i.e.10% rebate) will be awarded to that Cardholder. Cash coupons include HK$50 or HK$150 cash coupons which are to be allotted by lucky draw.
  4. The maximum amount of CashBack a registered Cardholder can get by making single transaction(s) of HK $500 – HK$19,999 is HK$500 ; and the maximum CashBack a registered Cardholer can get under this offer during the whole Promotion Period is HK$2,500. The maximum amount of CashBank a registered Cardholder can get by making single transaction(s) of HK $20,000 or above is HK$3,000 ; and the maximum CashBack a registered Cardholer can get under this offer during the whole Promotion Period is HK$15,000. Transactions made by the principal and supplementary Cardholders of the same Eligible Card number will be counted collectively.
  5. Cardholders are required to make Eligible Transaction(s) on any Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday within the Promotion Period for up to 10% rebate (based on the transaction date(s)) to enjoy up to 10% rebate.
  6. Each Cardholder can only enjoy this offer for a maximum of 3 times per day (based on the transaction date) with the same Eligible Card. Split transactions will not be accepted.
  7. The promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.
  8. Cardholders shall notify the Bank if they do not receive the CashBack 1 month after the Fulfilment Date ; otherwise, the Bank accepts no liability and will not be liable for any compensation.

    Terms and Conditions for "Sky-Land-Sea Lucky Draw":
  1. Notwithstanding clause 1 of the General Terms and Conditions of the Harbour City Promotion, "Sky-Land-Sea Lucky Draw" is only valid from 1 July to 30 September 2015 (both dates inclusive) ("Promotion Period for Sky-Land-Sea Lucky Draw").
  2. To be eligible for the offer, Cardholders who spend HK$2,000 or above in a single Eligible Transaction at Harbour City and successfully registered (please refer to Clause 6 of General Terms and Conditions for the Promotion for details of registration) during the Promotion Period will be entitled to get a chance to win rewards ("Rewards") as below :

    3. The conversion rate is calculated and based on redemption of Asia Miles and KrisFlyer Miles as of 1 June 2015.
    4. The Extra 360° Rewards Points will be credited to winner's Eligible Card accounts on or before 31 January 2016. The basic reward will be credited to the winner’s Eligible Card accounts in the relevant month when transactions are made.
    5. Winners shall notify the Bank if they do not receive the Extra 360° Rewards Points on or before 29 February 2016; otherwise, the Bank accepts no liability and will not be liable for any compensation.
    6. Extra 360° Rewards Points awarded under the Promotion will be rounded to the nearest digit. Decimal places will not be included. Rewards cannot be drawn as cash advance, are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and cannot be used to offset any credit card payment or overdue amount.
  5. Each Cardholder can only enter into the lucky draw for a maximum of 3 times per day (based on the transaction date) with the same Eligible Card. Split transactions will not be accepted.
  6. Transactions made by the principal and supplementary cardholders of the same Eligible Card account will be counted collectively.
  7. All winners should redeem the Rewards within the redemption period stated in the rewards redemption letter (if applicable); otherwise, the Rewards will be forfeited without prior notice.   1. During the Promotion Period, Cardholders who spend in a single transaction HK$500 or above at Harbour City are entitled to extra 1 hour free parking coupon in addition to the prevailing free parking offer provided by Harbour City.
  2. The extra 1 hour of free parking coupon may be subject to additional terms and conditions. Please refer to the coupons.
    Terms and Conditions for "5 Hours Free Parking offer":
  1. Notwithstanding clause 1 of the General Terms and Conditions of the Harbour City Promotion, "5 Hours Free Parking offer" is only valid from 1 July to 31 August 2015 (both dates inclusive) ("Promotion Period for 5 Hours Free Parking offer ").
  2. During the Promotion Period for 5 Hours Free Parking offer, Cardholders who spend in a single transaction HK$500 or above on Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday (based on transaction date) at Harbour City are entitled to 5 hours of free parking coupon. Offer is only applicable on Saturday Sunday or Public Holiday. 5 hours free parking coupon is available on a first-come-first-served basis and while stocks last.
  3. The 5 hours free parking coupon may be subject to additional terms and conditions. Please refer to the coupons.
  4. Offer can be use in conjunction with "Extra 1 Hour Free Parking offer"
  5. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any prevailing free parking offer provided by Harbour City.
    Terms and Conditions for "Designated Car Show(s) offer":
  1. During the Promotion Period, Cardholders who make a deposit of HK$20,000 or above in a single transaction for the designated Car Show(s) at Harbour City with Eligible Cards, may be entitled to "Up to 10% Rebate" and "Sky-Land-Sea Lucky Draw".
  2. The promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.
  3. Any outstanding balance of the billing amount must be settled by Eligible Cards, otherwise the Bank has the right to debit the equivalent value of the cash coupon(s) as an administration fee from the applicable credit card account without further notice.
  4. Each Cardholder can only enjoy this offer for a maximum of 3 times per day (based on the transaction date) with the same Eligible Card. Split transactions will not be accepted.
    Terms and Conditions for "Autumn Rewards":
  1. Autumn Rewards is only valid from 3 October to 29 November 2015 (both dates inclusive) ("Promotion Period for Autumn Rewards").
  2. This offer is also subject to the General Terms and Conditions for the Harbour City Promotion, save and except for clauses1,3, 4, 5 of those terms and conditions.
  3. Cardholders will get a chance to win a gift(s) (the"Gift") upon making Eligible Transaction(s) for Autumn Rewards (as defined in clause 4 below) during Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays within the Promotion Period for Autumn Rewards (at least HK$500 for each Eligible Transaction) and settle payment with any one of the Eligible Cards (as defined in clause 2 of the General Terms and Conditions for the Harbour City Promotion).
