Terms and Conditions of SC Mobile Scratch & Win:

1. 1. The promotion period runs from 12 September 2025 to 15 October 2025, both dates inclusive (the “Promotion Period”).
2. 2. SC Mobile Scratch & Win is a lucky draw (the “Lucky Draw”) applicable to Retail Banking clients of Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the “Bank”) who have fulfilled the requirements in Clause 3 below (each an “Eligible Client”). Subject to these terms and conditions, an Eligible Client will be given a digital scratch card (the “Scratch Card”) and have a chance to win one of the prizes (the “Prize”).
3. 3. Each Eligible Client must fulfil all the requirements listed below in order to be enrolled in the Lucky Draw:
   

   i. maintain a valid Digital Banking account with the Bank; AND

   ii. be aged 18 or above; AND

   iii. be a Hong Kong resident with a Hong Kong identity card; AND

   iv. have successfully completed the designated task(s) (“Designated Task”) listed below via SC Mobile App during the period from 12 September 2025 to 10 October 2025 (“Transaction Period”):

4. Upon verification of each Designated Task completed during the Transaction Period by the Bank, the Eligible Client will receive one (1) Scratch Card in the SC Mobile App.

5. Each Scratch Card may come with any one of the following Prizes, while stocks last:

i. HKD500 voucher at Mandarin Oriental; OR

ii. A mini size gelato at Venchi; OR

iii. HKD10 voucher at McDonald’s; OR

iv. Buy one, Get 2nd 50% off at nodi coffee; OR

v. HKD 88 for 3-month subscription at KKBOX.

6. Eligible Clients must scratch the Scratch Card(s) within the Promotion Period; after which the Scratch Card(s) will no longer be available.
7. The Prize is only available while stocks last. The Bank reserves the right to offer an alternative prize or cash rebate as replacement for the Prize without prior notice if the Prize is not available or in the event of any other issues.
8. Winners of the Prize shall notify the Bank if the respective Prize and, where applicable, the redemption email is not received on or before 15 October 2025. Otherwise, the Bank accepts no liability and will not be liable for any compensation.
9. The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged/ redeemed for cash or other products.
10. Eligible Clients understand and accept that the Bank is not the supplier of the Prizes. The Bank shall bear no liability relating to any aspect or use of the Prizes, including without limitation, their quality and the supply, the descriptions of the Prizes provided by the supplier(s), any false trade description, misrepresentation, misstatement, omission, unauthorised representation, unfair trade practices or conduct in connection with the Prizes provided by the supplier(s), their respective employees, officers and/or agents. Redemption and use of the Prizes is subject to additional terms and conditions as stipulated by the relevant supplier. Please contact the relevant supplier(s) for details.
11. The Bank reserves the right to vary, modify and terminate the Lucky Draw and to amend any of these terms and conditions at any time without any prior notice. In case of disputes in relation to the means of Lucky Draw, eligibility requirements, number of chances attained for the Lucky Draw, details of the Prizes and any matters arising from or in relation to the Lucky Draw, the decision of the Bank shall be final and binding.
12. Fraud and abuse will result in forfeiture of an Eligible Client’s eligibility to participate in the Lucky Draw. In case there is any suspected abuse, misuse or fraud, which shall be determined at the sole discretion of the Bank, the Bank reserves the absolute right to forfeit the Eligible Client’s eligibility to participate in the Lucky Draw and/ or entitlement to the Prize without prior notice.
13. Eligible Clients must maintain their up-to-date and valid personal information with the Bank by the time when the Prize(s) are rewarded. Eligible Clients who have terminated their banking relationship with the Bank at the time when the Prize(s) are rewarded will be disqualified from the entitlement to the Prizes.
14. In case of any disputes, the decision of the Bank and the relevant supplier(s) shall be final and conclusive.
15. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
16. If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.

SC Mobile 一擦即賞（「抽獎」）條款及細則：

1. 1. 推廣期為2025年9月12日至2025年10月15日，包括首尾兩天（「推廣期」）。
2. 2. 本抽獎適用於渣打銀行（香港）有限公司（「本行」）的零售銀行客戶，並在推廣期內完成下文第3項條款所定義的指定要求（為「合資格客戶」）。根據此列之條款及細則，合資格客戶可參與抽獎，獲得電子擦擦卡（「擦擦卡」）並有一次機會以贏取其中㇐份獎品 （「禮品」）。
3. 3. 每位合資格客戶須於推廣期內完成以下所有指定要求方可參加抽獎︰
   

   i. 須持有本行有效的數碼銀行戶口；及

   ii. 須年滿18歲或以上；及

   iii. 持有香港身份證之香港居民；及

   iv. 於2025年9月12日至2025年10月10日（「交易期」）期間成功透過SC Mobile App完成以下指定任務（「指定任務」）：

4. 客戶於交易期内每次完成任務並經本行核實後，將於SC Mobile App獲得1張擦擦卡。

5. 每張擦擦卡中可能獲得以下其中1份禮品，受供應量所限：

i. 文華東方電子禮品卡HK$500；或

ii. Venchi迷你裝意大利雪糕；或

iii. 麥當勞 HK$10現金券；或

iv. nodi coffee購買兩杯咖啡第二杯半價；或

v. KKBOX HK$88三個月計劃優惠價。

6. 客戶必須於推廣期内擦出擦擦卡，推廣期後擦擦卡將無效。
7. 禮品同時受供應量所限。若因為缺貨，本行有權以其他禮品或現金獎賞取代有關禮品獎賞，而不予通知。
8. 獲得禮品之得獎者若於2025年10月15日或之前仍未收妥抽獎禮品，得獎者須自行通知本行；否則，本行恕不承擔有關責任，也不會作任何賠償
9. 禮品不可轉讓，不可兌換/ 兌換現金或其他產品。
10. 得獎者明白並接受本行並非禮品供應商。本行不會對抽獎禮品的任何方面或使用承擔任何責任，包括但不限於其質量和供應、供應商提供的描述、任何虛假商品說明、虛假陳述、錯誤陳述、遺漏、未經授權的陳述、不公平的貿易做法或與供應商、其員工、管理人員或代理商提供的有關的行為。兌換及使用禮品受供應商之附加條款及細則規定。請聯絡供應商查詢詳情
11. 本行保留更改、修改及終止上述抽獎的權利，並可隨時修改上述任何條款及細則，恕不另行通知。如有關於本抽獎、抽獎資格、參加抽獎次數及抽獎詳情之爭議，本行保留最終決定權，並具有約束力。
12. 欺詐和濫用將導致合資格客戶喪失參與本抽獎的資格。如有任何懷疑濫用、誤用或欺詐行為，本行保留絕對權利取消合資格客戶參與本抽獎及/ 或獲取抽獎禮品的資格，而不作另行通知。
13. 合資格客戶於收取禮品時，於本行記錄的個人資料必須保持最新及有效。合資格·客戶如在抽獎結果公佈時已終止與本行的銀行業務關係，將會被取消獲得抽獎禮品的資格。
14. 如有任何爭議，本行與有關供應商將保留最終決定權。
15. 上述條款及細則受中華人民共和國香港特別行政區的法律所規管，並須依據有關法律詮釋。
16. 中英文版本之內容如有任何歧義，在任何情況下概以英文版本為準。
