FX Spot is a binding obligation to buy or sell a certain amount of foreign currency at the current market rate with settlement in two business days.
FX Forward
In the FX Forward agreement, the agreement holder can obtain a fixed rate agreed today for delivery on a specified date in the future to avoid the risk of foreign exchange fluctuation.
