This facility enables you to take a benefit if you have current / saving account at Standard Chartered Bank Indonesia. You can pay MasterCard Platinum Standard Chartered bill by giving debit instruction directly from your account. Ensure that you give clear instruction by indicating your payment amount; minimum payment of 10% from total outstanding balance or full payment. A direct debit form is available at Standard Chartered Bank branches.
How long does it take to apply for a credit card?
Provided you submit all the document(s) required, it should take approximately 7-14 business days to approve your credit card.
What are my obligations to hold a credit card?
To make at least the minimum monthly repayment of 10% of the total outstanding balance or IDR 50,000, whichever is higher on the due date.
As Principal Cardholder, you are also liable to pay for transactions made by your Supplementary Cardholders (if any).
Will I be charged anything extra if I use my card overseas?
Billing received from overseas (including online or overseas transaction) will be converted into Rupiah based on the exchange rate and applicable administration fee determined by Visa or MasterCard International as at the date the transaction is received by the Bank together with the Bank’s conversion fee of (i) 2% for credit card with MasterCard Logo (ii) 3% for credit card with Visa Logo (exclude Visa Infinite) or (iii) 1.5% for Visa Infinite credit card.
