Standard Chartered Bank will send back your credit card PIN to your billing address starting September 2014. Make sure you received and keep it safe.

Right now you may change your PIN directly through Online Banking (to Log in/Register, please click www.sc.com/id and click Online Banking) or via IVR (Interactive Voice Response) at (021) 57 9999 88 or 68000 from mobile phone.
