What are the principal features of KTA – Fixed Instalment?

KTA – Fixed Instalment:

  • The total amount of the loan is transferred to the customer's account
  • The monthly instalment amount is fixed for each month during the instalment period
What is the amount of loan granted?

You can borrow up to IDR 200 million with KTA – Fixed Instalments.

How long does the application process take until the funds are disbursed to customer?

3-5 working days provided that the submitted application and documents are complete and clear.

What is the difference between effective interest & flat interest?

Effective interest is calculated based on the remaining principal of the loan. Flat interest is calculated based on the initial principal amount of the loan. The difference lies on the principal composition of the loan and interest forming the instalment per month.

What is interest rate and annual fee?

How much is the penalty fee imposed if the customer made an early redemption?

KTA - Fixed Instalment:

Instalment Period: = 24 months 5% from the remaining principal loan plus administration fee of Rp 200,000
> 24 months 5% from the remaining principal loan
For how long is the loan granted?

KTA - Fixed Instalment: Flexible Tenor of 3 months starting from 12-60* months. (Tenor of 4 & 5 years shall only be applicable for Employees with minimum net income of Rp 5 million).

How to calculate the instalments?

KTA - Fixed Instalment:

Instalment/ = Loan + (Loan x Flat Interest / Month x Period)
Month Period

Example:

Loan Rp 20 Million
Period 24 month (2 years)

The instalment shall be:

Rp 20 million + (Rp 20 million x 1.79% x 24) = Rp 1,191,333

Hence, the monthly instalment is: Rp 1,191,333.

2. NPWP (Personal Tax Number)
3. Other bank credit card that already issued more than 1 year ago
