Bank Indonesia introduced National Payment Gateway ‘NPG’ as system which integrates all payment channels for electronic transaction. With interconnection among switching provider and interoperability, NPG provides possibility hence electronic transactions can be leveraged by all Indonesians, therefore community can enjoy safe, high quality and efficient electronic transaction service.

As a starting point, ATM/ Debit Card with National logo will be introduced to community. Every account holder in Indonesia is required to have at least one ATM/ Debit Card with ‘NPG’ logo issued by one of Issuer Bank in Indonesia.

As participation of the NPG program, Standard Chartered Bank proudly presents National ATM/ Debit Card with NPG logo. This card is dedicated for ATM/ Debit transaction in domestic, hence it can be used on all ATM network and for purchase transaction within Indonesia. Chip technology with national standard with 6-digit Online PIN has been embedded on this card to ensure your transaction’s security.

Standard Chartered International MasterCard ATM/ Debit Card which has been owned by customer can still be used align with its purpose.
