Credit Card Billing Statement

Your credit card billing statement will be sent to you each month which contains credit card usage transactions, includes retail purchases, cash withdrawals, service charges, interest and/or late fees. You can choose to receive billing statement electronically which is free of charge or printed billing statement with a charge of Rp15,000 / month. In case of BANK failed to send electronic billing statement (e-statement) to the email address you registered, on the next month BANK will send the billing statement in form of printed statement to your registered address at a cost of Rp15,000 / month, until further instruction from you.

How do I know if my e -statement failed to send ?

Standard Chartered Bank will send SMS notification to your registered mobile number informing that your e -statement bounced and failed to sent ( after three delivery attempts ). If you still want to keep receiving e -statements then please update your email address before next month's billing date by calling in to customer contact centre 68000

If after receiving the SMS that my e -statement bounced and failed to be delivered, I do not do the update email address, what will happen ?

Bank will send out the printed billing statement starting on the following month to the address registered in our system. For this printed statement you will be charged with the printing cost of Rp15,000, which will be billed in the next month.

If I did update the e - mail address after my bill print date in next month after I received the SMS notification e -statement bounced and failed to be delivered, what would happen ?

You will receive a printed statement for the respective month and will be sent to the address registered in the system. You will be charged with the printing cost of Rp15,000, which will be billed in the next month. You will start receiving the e-statement starting next month billing.
