    Upon receiving customer complaint regarding ATM/Debit card, an automated SMS acknowledging we have receive the complaint will be sent to customer’s registered mobile phone number in our system. Written complaint will be solved in 20 (twenty) working days, however period of complaint handling depends on the complexity of the problems*. We will update customer when it takes longer time to solve the problem.

    If your ATM card is captured or You Forgot Your PIN

    We don’t permanently block Standard Chartered ATM card captured at Standard Chartered Bank ATM, unless requested by you. Please show your valid KTP/Passport for retrieval. No one except cardholder can retrieve the card. If your card is captured at ATM Bersama or Cirrus network, standard procedures regulate your ATM card to be destroyed.

  • How to avoid misuse of your ATM card

    We value your financial security. To anticipate any risk or possibility of card fraud or misuse, we implement an early preventive service (Early Fraud Detection). With this service, it is possible for us to inform you in private should any suspicious or unusual transactions occur.

    However, we suggested that you always check your monthly Consolidated Statement or your account activity through ATM or iBanking to ensure that you, as card holder, has personally performed every transaction with your ATM Card.

    Hints to avoid card theft, fraud or misuse
    • Sign the back of your card immediately
    • Keep your ATM card in a safe place
    • Do not give any data or information about your ATM card to other persons or unknown parties
    • Check your monthly Consolidated Statement or your account activity through ATM or iBanking and compare it with transaction forms to ensure that the transactions printed in the Consolidated Statement are according to the transactions that you made. Immediately report all differences or mistakes to the bank.
    • We act in your best interests, please cooperate if the Bank contacts you to confirm a transaction, usually by telephone.

    Cash Deposit Machine (CDM) enables you to do cash deposit transaction for Standard Chartered credit card payment by using your Standard Chartered Debit/ATM Card or Credit Card.

    Features:

    • Cash deposit by using Debit/ATM Card:
      • To Standard Chartered own account or other account
      • To Debit Card
      • For Credit Card Bill Payment
    • Cash deposit by using Credit Card:
      • To own Credit Card Bill payment only (without PIN)
      • To own or other's Credit Card Bill payment (with PIN)

    Important notes:

    • CDM can take up to 200 notes per deposit and is available for 2 denomination: IDR50.000 and IDR 100.000
    • Cash notes of both denominations can be combined when being deposited
    • Cash notes should not be put inside an envelope, folded, strapped or pinched with staples
    • Customer needs to use Standard Chartered Debit/ATM card to make a cash deposit to account
    • Customer needs to use Standard Chartered Credit card or Debit/ATM card to make a cash payment for CC bills
    • CDM is currently available at Menara Standard Chartered, Jl. Prof Dr Satrio No. 164, Jakarta

    1. Select Cash Deposit menu
    2. Select cash deposit destination
    3a. To Account - Select account type - Input account number
    3b. To Credit Card Payment - Input credit card number
    4. Deposit money into the tray
    5. Your money is being identified
    6. Select Next to continue cash deposit
        Select More Cash to add more notes
    7. Confirm transaction
