  • Step 2

    Go to Pre-Paid Mobile Top Up.

  • Step 3

    Fill in the details followed by your transaction password and OTP to recharge.

  • Step 4

    You may also save the mobile number as preferred mobile number for later top – up transactions



  • The facility is available for pre-paid mobile phones only.
  • Please enter the correct mobile number, Standard Chartered Bank will not be responsible for the correctness of the mobile number being entered by the customer.
  • Please check with your operator for availability of denominations and benefits before initiating a transaction.
  • Your request for recharge would be sent to your mobile operator for the amount entered by you. Kindly check with your operator for increase in talk-time limit and validity period of the recharge.
  • On successful top up, your mobile operator will send you the confirmation through SMS. In case you do not receive any confirmation, please check talk-time limit with your operator.
  • If your top up transaction has failed and your account or credit card has not been refunded in 4 working days (excluding Saturday and Sunday), kindly contact our Phone Banking team.
  • Please note that certain operators require a minimum time gap between two successful top up on the same mobile number. Also, they may restrict top up transactions to a certain number in a single day.
