Credit Card Offer – Terms and Conditions

1.Definitions

  1. Bank: Standard Chartered Bank, India
  2. Offer: Apply for a new Eligible Standard Chartered Bank Credit Card during the Offer Period and use the credit card to buy goods or services for a minimum amount of Rs. 1000/- (Rupees One thousand only) in a single transaction within 30 days of credit card issuance and get Amazon Pay Gift Card worth Rs. 1000/- (Rupees One thousand only). For details of the Offer refer to clause 2 below.
  3. Offer Period: The Offer Period shall commence from 00:01 hours on 04 Dec 2023 and shall extend up to 23:59 hours on 29 Feb 2024
  4. Qualified Client:
    1. The Offer is only open to employees of such corporates empaneled by the Bank under its employee banking proposition and those corporates for whom the Bank may choose to extend the Offer from time to time in addition to the qualifying conditions described in Offer Details below.
    2. The Offer is not applicable for add-on credit cards or supplementary credit cards or existing credit card customers of Standard Chartered Bank.

2.Offer Details

Eligible Standard Chartered Bank Credit Card Rewards Credit card.
Offer Apply for a new Eligible Standard Chartered Bank Credit Card during the Offer Period and use the credit card to buy goods or services for a minimum amount of Rs. 1000/- (Rupees One thousand only) in a single transaction within 30 days of credit card issuance and get Amazon Pay Gift Card worth Rs. 1000/- (Rupees One thousand only).
Transaction Exclusion
  1. Any transaction on the credit card qualifying under a separate joining offer, will not be eligible or qualify under this Offer.
  2. Transactions made using the Eligible Standard Chartered Bank Credit Cards to purchase insurance policies and/or jewellery and cash withdrawals at ATM’s will not qualify to meet the spends criteria.
Fulfilment timeline Within 60 days from the transaction date of the qualifying transaction the Bank will send the Amazon Pay Gift Card to the registered mobile number or to the registered email address of the clients meeting the Offer terms.

3.General Terms and Conditions

  • This is an exclusive Offer provided by Standard Chartered Bank.
  • The Offer is only open to employees of such corporates empanelled by the Bank under its employee banking proposition or for those corporates for whom the Bank may choose to extend the Offer from time to time.
  • The Bank reserves the right to modify / change all or any of the terms applicable to this Offer. The Bank also reserves the right to modify, withdraw or discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons whatsoever. Neither anything contained in these terms and conditions, nor shall running this Offer be construed as an obligation on the Bank to continue the Offer up to Offer Period.
  • The Offer is non-transferable
  • The Offer shall not be available wherever it is prohibited under law and / or cannot be made for any reason whatsoever
  • All disputes under this offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals of Mumbai
  • The Bank shall not be obliged to make any public announcements of the results of the Offer. The qualified clients shall be intimated by the Bank through E-mail, SMS, call, internet banking, mobile banking only.
  • In all matters relating to this Offer, the decision of the Bank shall be final and binding
  • By participating in the Offer, the participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein.
  • Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the client due to provision of the Offer, shall be to the sole account of the client.
