What are the fees and charges on Home Solutions?

There are no separate fees for the Home Solution bundle, however fees applicable on the constituent products including credit cards, mortgages, current accounts and overdraft apply. Refer to our current tariff guide for details. No security needed.

What interest rates do you offer on this product?

If you apply for a Home Solution Bundle then we will offer you a discount on the applicable mortgage pricing, making this the most inexpensive home loan available from Standard Chartered.

Are there any discounts on the credit card or current account fees?

No, the discounted or preferential pricing is applicable only on the mortgage.

What happens if I take this Home Solution and later on close my credit card or close my current account?

The preferential pricing is offered only on the entire Home Solutions bundle. If you close any of the other constituent products then the bank will withdraw the pricing benefit on the mortgage and increase the pricing to the normal mortgage rate (as may be applicable at that point in time).
