    • What username and password do I use?

      You can use your existing Online Banking username and password to log in to SC Mobile. For simplicity and convenience, we made sure that you don't need to remember another set of credentials.

      If you don't have an Online Banking account, please visit www.sc.com/ke from your desktop or laptop to register instantly.

    • How far back can I see my transaction history in See?

      Your Current and Savings Accounts, Credit Card and Loan transaction history is viewable for up to 90 days.

    • What is the difference between transactions shown in See and Move?

      "See" shows the transactions that have already been posted to your account(s) and forward-day transactions that you set through Online Banking and SC Mobile.

      "Move" shows the transfers and payments you have scheduled or made through Online Banking and SC Mobile and their status.

    • Will the payees that I've added through Online Banking show up in SC Mobile too?

      Yes, they will.
