    Please note the following important information:
    • A One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent to your registered mobile phone and is required to activate your card successfully.
    • Please update your mobile number by calling our 24-hour Client Care Hotline at 1300 888 888 or +603 7711 8888 (if you are calling from overseas).
    • Supplementary credit cards can only be activated by Principal Credit Cardholders.

    You may login to Online Banking or Standard Chartered Mobile to activate your card and set PIN

    Step 1: Login to Online Banking or SC Mobile
    Step 2: Go to “Help & Services”
    Step 3: Select “Credit Card Activation & PIN Set” or "Debit/ATM Card Activation & PIN Set"
    Step 4: Select your desired card to activate
    Step 5: Enter new 6-digits PIN to activate your selected card
    Step 6: Re-enter your 6-digits PIN, then click “Next”
    Step 7: Enter the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number, then click “Next”
    Step 8: If you still have other card(s) to be activated, click “other card”
