As part of our continuous efforts to reduce paper usage and go green, we are pleased to introduce eAdvices, a new bundled service with eStatements.
eAdvices will be made available soon for selected paper notices and clients who are already subscribed to eStatements will automatically receive eAdvices in place of paper notices.

We appreciate your support in going green. If you have already subscribed for eStatements, you will be automatically enrolled for eAdvices and no action is required from you.

Update your email address

Your eAdvices will be sent to your latest email address registered with us. If you have recently changed your email address, simply login to Online Banking and follow the steps below or call our 24-hour Client Contact Centre at 1300 888 888 to update your particulars.

Updating your email address via Online Banking

Step 1: Visit sc.com/my
Step 2: Login to Online Banking
Step 3: Mouse over your name profile located on the top navigation menu
Step 4: Select “Change Phone Numbers & Email”
Step 5: Click on “Submit” after you have updated your details
